Thank you for choosing Food Truck Eats.

Over the last 9 years, we have grown to over 30+ cities servicing over 1000 locations. We would be honored to have join our network of over 1000 food truck members!

Enrollment is free and required to book our locations. It is a simple 2 step process.

1. Enroll

Fill in your basic information form on the next page.

Once submitted, it will be reviewed. We will email you a login and password within 24hrs (during the week) to activate your Portal.

This will allow you to book locations temporarily until you complete your uploads.

2. Upload Everything into your Portal (Why ASAP?)

Upload Once we activate your portal you will want to upload pics of your Menu, Food Pics and COI. You will want to do this quickly because Property managers, residents and employees will view and share your Menu and Food Pics with their communities.

A) INSURANCE:

Contact your insurance provider and have them add us as an Additional Insured to your General Liability Policy. Give them the following HQ address:

B) MENU:

Please have your Menu ready to upload in JPG (or PDF) format.

1: Foodies, Property and Office Managers at our locations view both your MENU and FOOD PICS via our web-based calendar found at: MyFoodTruckEats.com

2: Remember - first impressions count! Menus should look professional as they will often times Print on to flyers, Posted to Social Media or Blasted it to their residents/employees.

3: www.CANVA.com is a wonderful free tool that allows you to create a simple menu if you need to.

DO NOT SEND A PICTURE of your menu - we want you to be successful. Any time you update your menu, just drop us an Email with it, we will replace it in the system!

C) FOOD PICS:

Have 2-4 of your best food pics ready to upload.

We will upload these to our online calendar. We email all our our locations reminders every week and send them to our web calendar page where they can view your menu and food pics.

D) Add your CLICK TO ORDER Menu (Free to Truckies!) Optional

In conjunction with Square we provide a way for Truckies to increase their revenue by 30%. During Covid this have become over 50% of orders in some cases.

Either you may import your current menu from Square or simply create an new one in our portal. Payments are processed by Square into your own Square account which is free open

Food Truck Eats sends both reminders and notifications about ordering at your truck to all property managers, residents and employees. This generally drives more customers to your truck when you are servicing any of our locations.

We provide the service for free to all of our Truckies - it is fully optional but due to Covid restriction in many states - this has grown to become a primary way of placing orders.

Member Terms and Conditions

Food Truck Eats

This Membership Agreement (the Agreement) is effective immediately after the submission of this online form by and between Food Truck Eats,LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Association”, and all current and future members of Food Truck Eats hereinafter referred to as “Member”.

1. Nature of the Service
Food Truck Eats is an association facilitating its members benefits such as but not exclusive to: Opportunities to vend on Association contracted locations, lots/events, provided vendor support and resources such as marketing, business development (including but not limited to catering opportunities) and networking events with other members

2. User Registration and Information
Member shall fill in the correct information requested in the Vendor Registration form on this site. Member shall be required to promptly update the User Information on the site. Member shall be responsible for: a) being permitted with a health department of the state that the Member operates in, b) having a business license with a city or county that the Member operates in, and c) agreeing to abide by local city and county laws that the Member operates in.

3. Release
If the Member has a dispute with one or more other Members, the Member shall release the Association (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

4. Privacy
Association shall not sell or rent Members personal information to third parties without Members explicit consent. Association shall store and process Members information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, the Association shall be permitted to access and modify Members information on website, given Member authority.

5. Indemnity
Member shall indemnify and hold the Association (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Members breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

7. Violation
Member should also be aware that if any poaching or contacting contracted locations directly if any kind occurs, the Member will be terminated from the Association immediately, forfeit any future bookings without refund and referred to corporate counsel for further investigation.

8. Arbitration.
Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Limitation of Liability
Member shall not hold Association responsible for other Members actions or inaction.
